Returns & Refunds

Because Pepper Song products are food items, we can’t accept physical returns. But if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you’re genuinely unhappy with your experience, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we’ll refund or replace the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Email us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but hasn’t shown up, contact us. We’ll work with the carrier and make sure you’re taken care of.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Items purchased from third‑party retailers

  • Orders reported after 14 days

  • Packages returned due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
